Have a go at

Agreeing a to-do list /h4>

With teacher, parent, study-buddy in order to help set simple goals, for example:

  • things I need to do this week...

Thinking of one goal

Then break it down onto small steps to help you achieve it.

Listening to and talking about the poem

Consider the poem by Peter Mountstephen - see PDF on right hand side.
'What do you do when you don’t know what to do '

Talking about and agreeing

A “stuck board” for a learning wall in the classroom that helps you to “know what to do when you don’t know what to do”.

Keeping a learning ‘blog’.

Discuss what you done in class that day, what you found easy/difficult/interesting, what you felt about some of the things you were doing.
