Evaluation of InCAS Online Training 2010 – October 2010PDF, 44 KB

This report evaluates the teacher training which was facilitated online in September 2010. Year 4 - 7 teachers who had not received any training on InCAS were invited to complete training online. All teachers, coordinators and senior managers also had the opportunity to log into the training course and refresh their knowledge of InCAS. Approximately 95 ‘first time’ users registered to complete the online training. 57 of such teachers completed an evaluation questionnaire, representing a response rate of approximately 60%. Three teachers who participated in ‘refresher training’ completed an evaluation questionnaire.

This report evaluates the Primary Principal Information Seminars on InCAS and the Annual Report, which were held between September and October 2010. 423 Primary Principals attended these seminars and 312 complete questionnaires, representing a response rate of 73.8%.

These reports are part of an ongoing programme of work evaluating InCAS and the Annual Report.

Findings informed the planning and development of the next phase of implementation.
