Assessment Arrangements
The assessment arrangements for the Northern Ireland Curriculum are prescribed by the Department of Education for Northern Ireland in The Education (Assessment Arrangements) (Foundation to Key Stage 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(S.R. 2007 No.45)
Recording and Reporting Arrangements
The statutory requirements for the recording and reporting of achievement are set out in the Education (Pupil Records and Reporting) (Transitional) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No.43)
