InCAS and the Annual Report

This involves teachers assessing and reporting pupil progress and achievements. It will be used to support and inform decisions throughout a pupil’s time at school, providing information for:

  • Parents - About helping their child’s learning at home;
  • Teachers - As they plan learning and teaching; and
  • Pupils - About their achievements and how to improve.

Each school received a comprehensive Information for Primary Principals folder at the ‘Managing Assessment Change’ Conferences which took place between 25th February and 7th March. This brings together all the available information about InCAS and the Annual Report.
