What happens if...

...I can't hear anything

You might have not connected your speakers properly or perhaps you do not have speakers connected at all.

--- I see a blank screen in the middle

This means you don't have Flash Version 9 installed. You should already have it installed – if you have problems with this, please contact the C2K helpdesk on 0870 6011 666. The activities rely on Flash so if you want to play, you will need this installed.
