Talk Money. Talk Solutions
All key stagesPractical activities supported by teacher notes, a CD Rom and film of teachers using the resource in the classroom. Includes three activities for each year group as well as extended projects and information on the financial capability skills.
Money Counts (FSA)
All key stagesThis book contains ideas for group and whole class activities to help develop the children's financial capability.
Moneyville
All key stagesMoneyville is a fun, interactive game which is suitable for Foundation and Key Stage 1 children. Promotional letters and brochures will be available in schools and branches of the Northern Bank.
The Key Stage 1 Moneyville game has recently been extended to include a new 'family' game which helps 8 to10 year olds learn about day to day family budgeting and making decisions about family purchases. The family game is reached by crossing the Moneyville bridge within the Key Strage 1 game.
Colossal Cards (FSA)
Helps give pupils a greater understanding of the non-cash forms of money such as cheques, credit and debit cards. This book can be accessed on PFEG’s website .
Counting on Money & The Cost of Money
An interactive website for pupils, teachers and parents designed for use on interactive whiteboards and PCs. It provides an online storybook and interactive board game with downloadable factsheets, word banks and worksheets for pupils. It covers a wide range of topics, predominantly aimed at developing pupils’ confidence in using money and their knowledge of financial concepts. Teachers are provided with extension activities and discussion points. There are also hints and tips for parents when discussing the topics of financial capability with their children.
Money At Home Thematic Unit (Year 3 and 4)
In this thematic unit, children will learn about financial planning at home. They will consider how to spend money wisely and how having to budget is important in their home life.

This unit, part of the Living.Learning.Together. programme, provides an opportunity for adults and children to think about their attitudes towards money.
