March 2011 - Money Week for SEN Schools
In March 2011, all SEN schools in Northern Ireland will have the chance to take part in the country’s first SEN money week. Titled ‘Money & Me’, the event aims to ensure that pupils of all ability levels develop money management skills.
SEN schools will receive invitations to our information session early in the autumn term. Every school involved will also receive support from our FC team to plan and deliver of their own, tailor-made money event.
January 2011 – Primary Money Week DVD
The new Primary Money Week DVD will be online from January 2011. It will show how a money event can be used in a primary school to engage children across all age groups and connect the Areas of Learning in meaningful and exciting ways.
