Among the products Rising Stars has produced is i-Progress (www.i-progress.co.uk), an online assessment tool for mathematics and numeracy mapped to the primary framework and the National Curriculum for mathematics in England.
Ardluce Ltd
Rising Stars is working in partnership with Ardluce Ltd to develop and deliver the Northern Ireland computer-based assessment for numeracy. Ardluce Ltd is a new company which has acquired the assets, contracts and key personnel of Alta Systems (NI) Ltd. This new company has retained the expertise and experience necessary for developing and maintaining online assessment systems. It has successfully developed a range of mathematics teaching and assessment solutions for England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Rising Stars, working with Ardluce Ltd, will produce a local and customised computer-based numeracy assessment solution for Northern Ireland schools to provide valid and reliable formative and diagnostic assessment information for teachers, parents and pupils.
